You cannot do everything every year but make sure that you cover the main sections over each 5 year period to help gather sufficient evidence for re-validation.
Make sure that your learning activities are guided by:
Outstanding learning needs from last year (especially if you already have a PDP)
Pre-Appraisal Questionnaire (you will need to provide evidence of these)
evidence of learning
working in teams
working with colleagues
communications skills
patient feedback
critical events
complaints
audit
review of prescribing or referrals,
clinical governance activities

Complete the PDP template from the Pre-Appraisal Questionnaire (see the guide for how to do this)
Keep a proper record of your Learning Activities:
